Immigration Legal Services
Immigration Legal Services provides services to immigrants, refugees and asylees: helps eligible individuals and families obtain legal status, assists clients to naturalize, and provides legal representation in deportation proceedings. We specialize in assistance to survivors of domestic violence, abandoned or neglected foreign children, detained clients and victims of trafficking and crimes.
The Immigration and Level Services Program provides the following services to eligible persons:
- Immigrant Juvenile Program
- Immigration Detention Project
- Immigration Legal Services
- Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)
The office also provides informational workshops and public education for advocacy.
New client services are by appointment only, no walk-ins are accepted. New client services are provided by appointment only. Please call (404) 885-7461 Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 12 noon to be pre-screened and make an appointment. You can also make an appointment by stopping by our office Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 3 PM at the Catholic Center located at 680 W. Peachtree St. NW Atlanta, GA 30308, across from the North Avenue MARTA station, N3.

The Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. (CLINIC) supports the nation’s largest network of nonprofit immigration legal services. Through advocacy, training, and specialized projects, CLINIC works to enhance and expand the delivery of legal services to low-income and vulnerable immigrants primarily through diocesan immigration programs.
