Help, Hope, Honor
Service members come from all walks of life, but they share several fundamental qualities. They possess courage, pride, determination, selflessness, dedication to duty and integrity- all the qualities needed to serve a cause larger than one’s self.
Millions of Americans have fought and died on battlefields here and abroad to defend our freedom and way of life. Today our troops continue to make the ultimate sacrifices, and even as we lose troops, more Americans step forward to say, “I’m ready to serve.”
As people across the United States gather to remember, Catholic Charities Atlanta would like to take the time this Veterans Day and honor those who have served, to remember their achievements, their courage and their dedication, and to say thank you for their sacrifices.
Please join CCA on our social media channels and post images of your service members with #HelpHopeHonor. During the week, we will repost these images on our social channels with a continued prayer of protection.
