Case Management

casemgt-feature

Case Management is a service to facilitate coordination, communication, and collaboration with clients, providers, ancillary services and others in order to achieve goals and maximize positive client outcomes based on individual and family assessments.

Offered in English and Spanish, CCA staff helps families to stabilize their current living situation, providing services intended to help them achieve self-sufficiency.

“Oh my goodness! I’m speechless. You have brought me to tears. I prayed for help. I did everything I could think of to dodge this nightmare. And God sent me you and your team of Angels. I can’t say thank you enough. You have taken the time to help me walk through this.  You went above and beyond. I can’t say thank you enough to you and Catholics Charities.  My situation seemed impossible and what ya’ll have done is worth more than money.  You all have given me hope that my family and I will be okay. Nobody should have to go through something like this, but to know that God has placed selfless people like you to guide and help others through it lifts my spirit.”    -Janell from Stockbridge, GA
