Frances McBrayer is the Senior Director of Refugee Resettlement Services at Catholic Charities Atlanta. She is a licensed, master-level social worker in Georgia and holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Alabama and a Master of Social Work from the University of Georgia. Frances has managed the Refugee Resettlement program at Catholic Charities Atlanta since 2007.
In her role, she oversees a variety of refugee service grants, including those funded by federal, state, and private entities. Frances has also served unaccompanied children since she began with Catholic Charities Atlanta in 2006. Frances currently serves on the steering committee of the CCUSA Newcomers’ Network and is the vice-chair of the Coalition of Refugee Service Agencies (CRSA).
